STANTON (1814-1869), signature in black ink on a 3 1/2" x 1 3/4" slip cut from a document with printed title below; Secretary of State WILLIAM H. SEWARD (1801-1872), signature in black in on a 4 1/2" x 1 1/2" slip; Secretary of the Treasury HUGH MCCULLOCH (1808-1895), signature in black ink on a 6 1/2" x 3 3/4" slip of paper, adding "Indiana", with a second signature in black ink on a 3" x 1" slip cut from a document; Attorney General EDWARD BATES (1793-1869), signature as a free-frank cut from an envelope, 4 1/2" x 1 1/2"; Assistant Attorney General TITIAN J. COFFEY (1824-1867), signature in black ink as a free-frank cut from an envelope, 3 1/2" x 1 1/2"; Secretary of War SIMON CAMERON (1799-1889), signature in black ink as a free frank cut from an envelope, 3 1/2" x 1 1/2"; Treasury Secretary WILLIAM P. FESSENDEN (1806-1869), signature in black ink on a 3 3/4" x 1 1/4" slip; Postmaster General HORATIO KING (1811-1897), signature in black ink on a 5" x 2" slip cut from a letter, adding "very respectfully & truly"; Attorney General JAMES SPEED (1812-1887), signature in black ink on a 2" x 1 1/4" slip cut from a letter, adding his title; Secretary of the Treasury SALMON P. CHASE (1808-1873), signature in black ink on a 4" x 1" slip cut from a letter; and Postmaster General MONTGOMERY BLAIR (1813-1883), signature in black ink on a 3 1/2" x 1 1/2" slip of paper. Shipments are sent via USPS Priority, USPS International Priority, DHL (for most overseas shipments) or FedEx Ground at the auctioneer's option, signature is always required, unless other arrangements are made. Handling and shipping charges will be added to the invoice in one entry. Buyers should be aware that large, framed, fragile or odd shaped items can incur substantial shipping and packing charges. International shipments are invoiced by DIMENSIONAL weight, not the item weight. Please contact us for an estimate before bidding NOTE: Large, heavy or bulky items may not be shipped by the auctioneer - arrangements for shipping of these items via a third-party shipper may be arranged through the auction house. Customers who supply their own courier account number will still be charged a handling fee.
