Description:

LEE HARVEY OSWALD "FAIR PLAY FOR CUBA" INTERVIEW
News teletype printout, Nov. 22, 1963, about twelve feet of text setting forth the transcript of Lee Harvey Oswald's interview on "Conversation Carte Blanche", a radio program originally broadcast on Aug. 21, 1963, apparently in New Orleans. Oswald was questioned by a four-man panel, including Cuban exile Carlos Bringuier. Fascinating content includes Oswald refusing to name other members of the organization, his admission that he is a Marxist, a statement that he had never given up his American citizenship, his disagreement with Castro's statement that Kennedy was a "ruffian and a thief", and so on. Through it all, it's clear Oswald is "on the hot seat" and is especially nervous. Folds, otherwise very good.
