Description:

VI KYUIN WELLINGTON KOO (1887-1985) China's representative in forming the League of Nations, also president of China from 1926-1927, he later served as Ambassador to the US, UK and France, a founding member of the United Nations and judge of the International Court of Justice at The Hague. Scarce, attractive ink signature "VK Wellington Koo" on close-cut card, along with a WWII-date typed letter of transmittal from Koo's Private Secretary explaining that Koo was no longer China's Ambassador to the U.S., rather was now Ambassador to England. Very good. $100-150
