Description:

KONSTANTIN TSIOLKOVSKYRare, superb partial A.Ms.S. 2pp. sm. folio, [n.p., ca. 1931], in Russian. Untranslated, but undoubtedly part of his notes on space travel and bearing an original drawing of what is clearly a centrifuge spinning a human figure within a capsule, undoubtedly Tsiolkovsky's view of what he believed would become an essential part of astronaut training. Very lightly annotated and signed later in pencil at top. Top is trimmed, some slight fading to a portion of the text and light foxing, else very good. Certainly worthy of further research!
