KING GEORGE VI AND QUEEN MARY Uncommon partly-printed D.S., 1p. sm. folio, London, Jan. 18, 1929, royal approval for Alfred Coker, Latvian Consul in Liverpool, to wear the Insignia of the Order of the Three Stars (Fourth Class) which had been awarded to him by the Government of Latvia, signed on the first page "Mary R", "Albert", and also signed by Prime Minister STANLEY BALDWIN, all of whom have signed on behalf of the King. Light soiling, a small stain above Mary's signature, else very good. $300 - 400
