Lot 1125
Description:
(JOHN F. KENNEDY) (1917-1963) Thirty-fifth President of the United States. Kennedy faced-down the Khrushchev during the Cuban Missile Crisis, re-invigorated NASA, and signed the Nuclear Test Ban Treaty. Assassinated in November 1963 by Lee Harvey Oswald. An ironic relic related to the Kennedy assassination, being an original invitation to the luncheon at the Dallas Trade Mart, scheduled for Nov. 22, 1963, at noon, hosted by Kennedy and Governor John Connally. Of course, it was on the way to this luncheon that Kennedy was shot. Very good condition. $150-200
