Large grouping of eight materials relating to the Kennedy assassination, as well as the later assassination of Lee Harvey Oswald, includes: Great archive of six newspapers, all published in Dallas shortly before or after the assassination, notably including the Nov. 22, 1963 edition of 'The Dallas Morning News', dated the day of Kennedy's assassination, prominently headlined 'Swarm of Political Controversy Swirls Around Kennedy on Visit'; the Nov. 22, 1963 edition of 'The Dallas Times Herald', boldly headlined 'Suspect Arrested...PRESIDENT DEAD, CONNALLY SHOT'; the Nov. 23, 1963 edition of the 'Dallas Morning News', prominently headlined 'KENNEDY SLAIN ON DALLAS STREET...JOHNSON BECOMES PRESIDENT' with subheadings like 'Pro-Communist Charged with Act'; the Nov. 25, 1963 edition of 'The Dallas Times Herald', boldly headlined 'Sad Nations Bids Kennedy Farewell...FBI Tipped Oswald Would Be Killed'; and the Nov. 25, 1963 edition of the 'Dallas Morning News', prominently headlined 'CLUB OWNER KILLS OSWALD'.
