KARL WOLFF
(1906-1975) Colonel-general in the Waffen-SS, liaison officer for Himmler with Hitler, German military governor of Northern Italy. Scarce T.L.S. as Himmler's personnel officer, 1p. large 4to., Berlin, July 19, 1939, to the Chief of the SS Main Office, Lt. Gen. Schmitt concerning an investigation of Dr. Emil Fahrenkamp. Salutation, signature, and two lines of text are in Wolff's hand. File holes at left, else near fine condition. EMIL FAHRENKAMP (1885-1966) was a German architect and professor, one of the most prominent architects of the interwar period. During the war Fahrenkamp accepted commissions from the Nazis, although he considered himself apolitical.

Shipment is sent USPS priority, USPS International Express (for most overseas) or UPS Ground at the auctioneer's option, signature required, unless other arrangements are made.
