JOHNSON'S ISLAND P.O.W. CAMP MORNING REPORT
A scarce war-date document from the P.O.W. camp located on Johnson's Island, Ohio, 1p. 5 1/2" x 13", Jan. 5, 1865, a Morning Report issued by the "Tenth Company, Depot of Prisoners of War on Johnson's Island..." indicating that 95 guards were present and ready for duty and signed by a Sergeant Holway of Co. C, 6th Reg. V.R.C. Sold with an excellent 11" x 8" color photo of a Union engineer's drawing of an aerial view of the entire island - the report and this image would frame together nicely. Near fine.

Shipment is sent USPS priority, USPS International Express (for most overseas) or UPS Ground at the auctioneer's option, signature required, unless other arrangements are made. Handling, shipping and insurance charges will be added to the invoice in one entry. NOTE: Large, heavy or bulky items are not shipped by the auctioneer - arrangements for shipping of these items via a third-party shipper may be arrange through the auction house.
