Assassinated November 1963 by Lee Harvey Oswald. Good content A.N. [unsigned] on United States Senate letterhead, 1p., 8vo., Washington, [195?], Kennedy's penciled notes reportedly written during a Senate discussion on South American trade: "Excessive defense on raw material; prices to fluctuate wildly-- exch. phobia-- Brazil-- ? elections we are true victims of our past decisions-- universality-- non intervention when was resolution passed? Organization of American states." Fine.
