(1917 - 1963) Thirty-fifth President of the United States. Kennedy faced-down the Khruschev during the Cuban Missile Crisis, re-invigorated NASA, and signed the Nuclear Test Ban Treaty. Assassinated. A superb Kennedy item, an original oversize photograph taken on the last day of his life in Fort Worth, Nov. 22, 1963, 11" x 14" b/w, a close-up shot of Kennedy giving a speech at the Chamber of Commerce breakfast at the Hotel Texas in Fort Worth, just hours before he was shot in Dallas. Taken by Fort Worth-based photojournalist Gene Gordon, and accompanied by a copy of a letter from Gordon recollecting the fateful day. In fine condition, a most evocative image, perfect for display.

Shipment is sent USPS priority, USPS International Express (for most overseas) or UPS Ground at the auctioneer's option, signature required, unless other arrangements are made.
