I hope however that the Correspondence will not be continued much longer. I am weary of it, and my dim Eyes and palsied Fingers admonish me to desist. I make no Promise however and have taken no resolutions. Inclosed is a letter from our Min. at Petersburg [John Quincy Adams] to you. J Adams .
