Description:

JAMES DEAN
(1931 - 1955) American film actor and handsome screen idol, Dean portrayed an anguished teenager and made only three films before his death in a car wreck at the age of 24. A very rare original lobby card for his most famous film East of Eden. Measuring 14" x 11" and printed in 1955, the card shows Dean in a tender embrace with co-star Julie Harris. Inscribed and signed at top margin: "To Bob with all my best wishes James Dean". Light chipping to margins, fold to top right corner, toning to margins and piece of tape at left margin, pin holes and silked at top chip. Still very good.
