War-date T.L.S. 1p. 8vo., 'Headquarters, European Theater of Operations', June 1, 1943, to Theodore Stillwell, in part: '...I am sure the good people of the United States are behind their fighting men, and I can assure you that the fighting men on this front are doing a superb job, ever mindful of the great country they represent...'. With the original envelope, very good.

International shipments are invoiced by DIMENSIONAL weight, not the item weight.
