With the signature of M. MORRIS on the same sheet but well-clear of Hunter's. With a signature by Naval hero RICHMOND PEARSON HOBSON on a small slip, as well as that of JOHN SPENCER, Secretary of War under Tyler, taken from a document dated March 1839.
