HOOVER A nice grouping of three items presented together in a frame, namely an A.N.S. on a stiff sheet affixed beneath an 8" x 10" sepia photograph showing Hoover receiving a trophy from some military personnel, reading: "To Admiral B. F. Whitehead the good wishes of Herbert Hoover". Boldly penned in bright blue ink. Additionally, there is a boldly-penned signature on a small card. Both pieces are handsomely matted in dark green with a brass biographical plaque, and set into a burled wood frame. Very good condition, not examined out of frame. $150 - 200
