SS-Brigadefuehrer v. Herff, Berlin", instructing them to "Please see to the economic welfare of the widow and the three children of SS-Oberfuehrer Otto M¸ller who died after an accident...". Below Himmler's bold signature, SS officer von Herff has penned "Everything is arranged. v. H. 1/15" [Jan. 15]".
