A page from a military attestation, signed; ALEXANDER BELYAKOV (1897-1982) Soviet Air Force lieutenant general, Hero of the Soviet Union, member of a three-man crew who set a record for the longest uninterrupted flight in 1936 as well as the first nonstop flight across the North Pole by flying from Moscow to Vancouver, WA.
