Description:

HERMANN GORING MATCHING FORK AND KNIFE
A matching pair of sterling silver table pieces once owned by Hitler's head of the Luftwaffe, Hermann Goring. Included is an ornately-engraved fork, 7 1/2" long, hallmarked "TM" with another clover-shaped hallmark opposite. Also present is a delicate butter or cheese knife, similarly engraved, 5 3/4" long. Both pieces bear Goring's crest at bottom: an upraised armored arm holding a ring and the engravings also match exactly. From a complete collection of samples of all of Hitler's, Himmler's, Braun's and Goring's silverware owned by a noted Gettysburg historical museum.
