HERMANN FEGELEIN
(1906 - 1945) Nazi military leader and SS-Gruppenführer, a Knight's Cross winner with Oak Leaves. Fegelein married Eva Braun's sister and served as liaison between Hitler and Himmler, but in the closing days of the war he was caught attempting to flee and was summarily executed. T.L.S. 1p. legal folio, Jan. 19, 1943, as SS-Oberführer to Chief of Police Richard Hildebrandt, in part: "...For your letter of Jan. 9 I express my most sincere thanks. I was very happy that you have thought of me...". File holes to left margin, light and even toning, staple holes to top left, very good condition.

Shipment is sent USPS priority, USPS International Express (for most overseas) or UPS Ground at the auctioneer's option, signature required, unless other arrangements are made.
