HERBERT C. HOOVER
(1874 - 1964) 34th President of the United States whose attempts to reverse the course of the Great Depression led to his defeat at the polls by Franklin D. Roosevelt. Extraordinary oversize and fine association I.S.P. measuring a huge 20" x 24" (sight) b/w, a classic image of Hoover waving, inscribed at bottom in white ink: "To Felix F. Kucharski with the kind regards of Herbert C. Hoover". Felix F. Kucharski was Delegate to Republican National Convention from Illinois in1944, 1948, 1952, 1956, and 1960. Set in a white mat and framed in a distinguished dark wood frame. Rare in this size and certainly fine for display.

Shipment is sent USPS priority, USPS International Express (for most overseas) or UPS Ground at the auctioneer's option, signature required, unless other arrangements are made. Handling, shipping and insurance charges will be added to the invoice in one entry. Buyer's should be aware that large, framed, fragile or odd shaped items can incur substantial shipping and packing charges. Customer's who supply their own courier account number will still be charged a handling fee.
