HEINRICH HIMMLER
(1900 - 1945) Hitler's Chief of the Gestapo placed in charge of security and responsible for the construction and operation of extermination camps. Fine association war-date I.S.P., 5" x 7" b/w, an ominous chest, up portrait in uniform, boldly inscribed in the white bottom margin: "To SS-Standartenfuhrer Martin in old friendship. H. Himmler 10.III.1942". Very good, uncommon in this size and to a fellow SS officer .
