It reads in part: ...Major General Ivan Andreevitch Rubanuk, 1Oth Guards Honor Corps, Red Army, through his broad vision resourcefulness, and efficiency, performed services of outstanding value in the final defeat of the enemy in Europe... 11 Boldly signed by Truman, with the actual Legion of Merit certificate with embossed medal, signed by Secretary of War Robert P. Patterson and the Adjutant General of the Army. Two pieces, fine condition.
