GERMAN VETERAN'S BEER STEIN
Decorative German veteran's beer stein, once owned by a member of Co. 6 of the 6th Regiment of 105th Regiment of Infantry (recruited in Saxony), dated 1904-06 and at the time a reservist regiment. The attractive hand-painted stein stands 11" tall with images of soldiers on bivouac, in the field and so on, with a central image of a statue. The pewter lid bears the Strasburg coat of arms and a seated soldier holding a canteen aloft. Needs a little cleaning-up, else very good.

Shipping

Shipment is sent USPS priority, USPS International Express (for most overseas) or UPS Ground at the auctioneer's option, signature required, unless other arrangements are made. Handling, shipping and insurance charges will be added to the invoice in one entry. Buyers should be aware that large, framed, fragile or odd shaped items can incur substantial shipping and packing charges. NOTE: large, heavy or bulky items are not shipped by the auctioneer.
