Lot of three anti-Jewish publications. Included is 'Handbuch der Judenfrage' ('Handbook of the Jewish Question') by Theodor Fritsch (Leipzig: Hammer Verlag), 1934. 564pp. 8vo. in beige cloth with green titles. Fritsch was an German political scientist and believer in the superiority of the aryan race". His "Handbook" was first published in 1893 and espoused a return to traditional 'Volkisch' peasant values and customs versus the industrialization and urbanization so characteristic of modernity. He was enormously influential on Hitler and his minions. WITH: (translated) 'Justice! On the Solution of the Jewish Question' by Friedrich von Oppeln-Bronikowski (Berlin: Nationaler Verlag Huch), 1932. 96pp. 8vo., in heavy paper boards. A suggested conciliatory approach to relations between Germans and Jews. WITH: a copy of the Sep. 28, 1919 edition of the newspaper 'Frei Meinung' ('Free Speech'), 4pp. folio. The hateful content discusses Jews being baptized in order to changes their names to more 'Aryan' examples, and warns that a regiment of the Reichswehr had been ordered to 'shoot Jewish millionaires' residing in Dusseldorf and demands an explanation whether the socialist government prefers 'working Germen men or Jewish millionaires'.
