GERALD R. FORD
(1913 - 2006) 38th President of the United States who assumed office upon the resignation of Richard Nixon, who Ford later pardoned for any involvement in the Watergate scandal. Three very unusual items signed by the ex-President, includes: front page of the Chicago Tribune, Sep. 23, 1975, shows Ford being pushed into his armored limousine by Secret Service agents immediate after Sarah Jane Moore's failed assassination attempt, signed in black marker on the photo (corners chipped, small loss at center of paper); first page of the second section of the Houston Chronicle, Sep. 28, 1964 describing the sequence of events in the Kennedy assassination and Warren Commission finding, signed by Ford on an AP-created "sniper's view" of JFK as Oswald would have seen him when he fired the fatal shot; and a copy of the program for the Navy vs. Pennsylvania football game, 1946, signed by Ford on the cover. Ford had coached Navy football players in California at war's end. Three pieces.

Shipments are sent via USPS Priority, USPS International Priority, DHL (for most overseas shipments) or FedEx Ground at the auctioneer's option, signature is always required, unless other arrangements are made.
