(1913 - 2006) 38th President of the United States who assumed office upon the resignation of Richard Nixon, who Ford later pardoned for any involvement in the Watergate scandal. A beautiful signed book, a specially-printed, limited edition volume of his Churchill Lecture: An Address by Gerald Ford at the English-Speaking Union, London, England, November 30, 1983 (Northridge, CA: Lord John Press, 1984), numbered 48/100. Bearing a gold-embossed presidential seal on cover, with rag pages, and housed in a custom clamshell box. Pristine condition. From the B. T. Fredericks collection.
