Gerald Massey 1828-1907 English poet and member of the Chartists and Christian Socialist movement, author of "Ballad of Babe Christabel' and the historic "Ancient Egypt: the Light of the World". Lot of six A.L.S.'s, 14pp. total 8vo., [England], ca. late 1880s. A series of lemon, apparently to his publisher, concerning the publication of his poetic works, advertising and promotion, and so on. He also makes a suggestion for the American market: "...[the poems will] make a sensation in America - especially among the Spiritualists All of which who are Editors you should make friends of beforehand!. Overall very good.
