Attractive, manuscript on vellum from the reign of George IV , 1p., 26" x 18", Norfolk (U.K.) Feb. 26, 1823, an agreement pursuant to an Act of Parliament for the creation of a paved road in the parish of St. Marleybone [London], with areas of "iron rails, lamp irons, foot pavements and carriage pavements...". With a blue royal tax stamp affixed at left. Ideal for display. Usual folds, else very good. $300 - 400
