883. THEODORE GEISEL (1904 - 1992) "Dr. Seuss", author and illustrator of children's books and creator of The Cat in the Hat. A fine Seuss item, a 6" x 8" sheet printed with his most beloved creation The Cat in the Hat, bearing a lengthy holograph inscription at right, in full: "with kindest regards to Alfred J. Kaiser, (M.D.) from Dr. Seuss (quack). (And I've very proud of being associated with you via Brown University. Being honored on that campus was one of the top experiences of my life!)". He signs again at conclusion "Dr. Seuss" in bright red crayon. Fine condition. $600 - 800
