(1895-1946) SS leader in the Soviet Union, personally responsible for ordering the deaths of 100,000 Jews and other "undesirables". Sentenced to death and hung at Riga. Scarce partly-printed D.S. 1p. legal folio, Braunschweig, Sept. 3, 1935, an early letter to Heinrich Himmler and the SS tribunal in Munich, concerning a drinking problem of a general within the SS. Boldly signed in blue grease pencil. File holes to left edge, light wear to margin and stains at corners, very good.
