Signed by THEOPHILE BERLIER (1761-1844), prominent Revolutionary, President of the National Convention the 500; J. F. B. DELMAS, President of the Convention at the time of this document; and L. B. GUYTON-MORVEAU, a lawyer. Bearing an attractive French Republic vignette at top. A couple of small stains, overall very good. Ex: Benjamin. $200 - 300
