FRENCH REVOLUTION
A group of three documents from French Revolutionary leaders: President of the National Convention PHILIPPE A. MERLIN DE DOUAI, A.L.S. 1p. 4to., Paris, Feb. 7, 1814, on Court of Cassation letterhead to Baron Costas, Councilor of Spain regarding his decision as to the prospects of cleaning the canal from Douai to Lille; Bishop of Blois HENRI GREGOIRE, A.L.S. 1p. 8vo., [n.p.], Apr. 29, 1822, thanking his correspondent for a translation; and a D.S. from the French Revolution Assembly, 1p. legal folio, Paris, Feb. 24, 1793, signed by five Revolutionaries: FABRE, GASTON, BONNETRE, JOLY and one other not identified. Soiling and fold splits at edges. Three pieces, overall very good condition. Ex: Benjamin.

Shipment is sent USPS priority, USPS International Express (for most overseas) or UPS Ground at the auctioneer's option, signature required, unless other arrangements are made. Handling, shipping and insurance charges will be added to the invoice in one entry. Customer's who supply their own courier account number will still be charged a handling fee.
