FRANKLIN DELANO ROOSEVELT
(1882 - 1945) Thirty-second President of the United States who instituted the "New Deal" programs and led the United States through most of World War II. Partly-printed D.S. as Governor of New York, 1p. large 4to., Albany, May 12, 1931, an appointment of William Schroeder, Jr. as a "Lieutenant Colonel, Infantry New York National Guard...from February 16, 1926...". A hint of toning, else very fine condition. Offered with a Presidential postmaster's appointment bearing a printed signature of F.D.R. Two pieces.

Shipment is sent USPS priority, USPS International Express (for most overseas) or UPS Ground at the auctioneer's option, signature required, unless other arrangements are made.
