Description:

Frank Zappa & The Mothers of Invention Multi-Signed Concert Contract, 1974
This standard AF of M contract for a concert at New York's Madison Square Garden on Oct. 31, 1974 stipulates the group is to play two 75-minute sets. The 10pp. contract and rider also outlines the usual agreements concerning compensation, staging, lighting, ticket distribution, security, and the like. In this case, Zappa has crossed out a paragraph that he be provided three limousines, and another requiring that rather than receiving the customary 25 complimentary tickets for the band's personal use, he requires 250. Signed by Zappa on the first and last page, also initialed "FZ" five times throughout the documents. Also signed by concert promoter Ron Delsner. Fine condition. Boy, Zappa's Halloween shows were great!
