EVA BRAUN'S DOILY AND NOTEPAPER 92-35, 92-28
Two items "liberated" by a G.I. from the Munich apartment of Hitler's mistress, Eva Braun, includes and ornate hand-made linen doily, 8" dia. with her "E B" monogram appearing at center (designed for her by Albert Speer), along with an octavo sheet of her personal stationery. Doily bears two tiny spots, else fine. Originally sold by noted militaria auctioneers Mohawk Arms, fifty-year experts in the field, their 1992 Items A-109 and A-54 respectively. These items were purchased to become part of the famous Lattimer Collection, our consignor. Still in Mohawk's original packing with auction labels with auction labels.
