Probable war-date S.P., 9" x 5" b/w showing Eisenhower in uniform standing next to an unidentified officer of the 28th Infantry Division. Inscribed to the famed 28th Infantry Division, the Army's oldest division, instrumental in the liberation of Paris during World War II. Trimmed, signature contrast is just good, else very good. $250-350
