Edwin Arnold 1832-1904 English author, editor of the Daily Telegraph author of Light of Asia. A.Ms.S. 1p. 4to., [n.p., n.d.], four verses of his poem "Toujours en avant" (in english), fine poetry, apparently eulogizing a British king. In part: "...his mother was a Prince's child/his sire a crowned king/There lacked not to his wishes wild/What the broad earth could bring...." some marginal chipping, light soiling. Attractive for display.
