In part: "...I am gratified to learn that the guests [at your hotel]...appreciated the reproduction of music by my new Diamond Disc Phonograph. I have worked hard on this instrument and records for some years past, and when I receive letters of appreciation such as yours I feel that my efforts have not been in vain... ".
