Duffie appeared in the COURT OF COMMON PLEAS FOR THE CITY...OF NEW YORK...to become a CITIZEN OF THE UNITES STATES OF AMERICA pursuant to the directions of the several ACTS of CONGRESS OF THE UNITED STATES...IT IS ORDERED...that the said applicant be admitted to become a CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA...".
