(1762 - 1830) King of England who became Prince Regent when George III became permanently deranged. Attractive manuscript D.S. on vellum, 1p., 26" x 21", Middlesex, May 2, 1823, an indenture between John Bones and Richard Carpenter for the rent for a parcel of land in Paddington parish, in the county of Middlesex. With a blue royal tax stamp affixed above a small survey diagram in the left margin. Signatures with red wax seals in the lower portion. Usual folds, else very good.
