Member of the grand jury which reviewed Judge Wells Spicer's decision to free the Earps and Doc Holliday and absolve them of blame in the OK Corral gunfight. A.L.S. 1p. 4to. on "M. Calisher Dealer in General Merchandise" letterhead, Florence, A.T., Dec. 26, 1878 to his uncle, a fellow merchant: "...If Zeckendorf will pay the expressage on the silver he can send it deducting $65.72 due him...have received the Lumber and any time you want it it is ready...". Some pencil notes at bottom, two small tears at left margin, else very good.

Shipment is sent USPS priority, USPS International Express (for most overseas) or UPS Ground at the auctioneer's option, signature required, unless other arrangements are made. Handling, shipping and insurance charges will be added to the invoice in one entry. Buyer's should be aware that large, framed, fragile or odd shaped items can incur substantial shipping and packing charges. Customer's who supply their own courier account number will still be charged a handling fee.
