T.L.S. on his letterhead, 1p. 4to., [n.p. but Hollywood], Apr. 17, 1936, to acclaimed painter P. Tino Costa, in part: "...It is a pleasure to commission you to paint the portraits of my daughters Darrylin and Susan...[for] $1200.00...". Along with a newspaper clipping about a tea given at the Caféé de Paris by Mrs. Zanuck honoring the portraits mentioned. Staple hole at top left, folds, very good.
