BROWN, T.L.S. 1p. 4to., on Western & Atlantic Railroad Company letterhead, Atlanta, Apr. 25, 1892 concerning how to best contact former Georgia Governor and Confederate Maj. Gen, John B. Gordon. Very good. Also HOWELL COBB, signature on a small slip, adding "Secretary of the Treasury", toned, else good, and CHARLES C. JONES (1831-1893) Confederate colonel of artillery, attorney and historian. A.L.S. 1p. 4to., Augusta, Ga., Dec. 21, 1885 to Gen. Manning .F. Force asking him to communicate his good wishes to "....Judge Taft...". Very good, four pieces.
