Leo Cherne (1912 - 1999) American economist, public servant and advisor to nine American presidents, achieved fame as a sculptor. Bust of Lincoln, painted composite, nose damaged. Small scattered chips on base. Signed "1955 Leo Cherne", 15" tall.
