Blanche Barrow's own copy of the May 24, 1934 issue of the Tulsa Daily World 16pp. folio, bearing the headline at top right "CYLDE BARROW, BONNIE PARKER SLAIN BY OFFICERS IN LOUISIANA -- Long Trail of Crime ends for Pair With Ironic Twist of Fate -- SOUTHWEST FREED OF DEADLY OUTLAW -- Man of Many Murders Is Beaten to Draw, His Guns Unfired...". Blanche, together with her husband, Mavin "Buck" Barrow ran with Bonnie & Clyde from March 1933 until their capture in July 1933. Evenly toned with weak folds and moderate chipping at margins, overall good to very good condition. From the estate of Blanche Barrow. This issue was likely sent to Barrow while she was serving her 10-year sentence in the Missouri State Penitentiary.
