Charlie Parker & Others Press Clippings & Handbills
Originally from the collection of jazz professor, historian and concert promoter, Bob Reiser comes this collection of ephemera which includes: fifty newspaper concert ads, reviews, and columns dating from May 1953 through April 1955, many advertising Charlie Parker, Sonny Rollins, Thelonius Monk, and others. The ads are carefully labeled, dated and placed on five 8.5" x 11" sheets of paper. Two sets of vintage copies are included. Additionally, there are two different "Open Door" handbills, three from July 18, 1954 and five from Aug. 8, 1954, and two original, typewritten short stories by Bob Reisner.

Shipping

Shipment is sent USPS priority, USPS International Express (for most overseas) or UPS Ground at the auctioneer's option, signature required, unless other arrangements are made. Handling, shipping and insurance charges will be added to the invoice in one entry. Buyer's should be aware that large, framed, fragile or odd shaped items can incur substantial shipping and packing charges. Customer's who supply their own courier account number will still be charged a handling fee.
