Description:

CHARLES MANSON
(1934 - 2017) Drifter whose 'family' committed the infamous Tate-LaBianca murders in 1969. A.L. (unsigned), 16pp. 4to., California, Feb. 13, 1980, to his biographer, Nuel Melton, who had once been jailed with and later befriended Manson. In part: '...the Supreme Court passed a law and said on paper this law will help Charles Manson. A few years ago everyone said I could write a writ of habeus corpus and get out...there are 100's of laws broken to put me in this cage...a kid can get more truth from the drug dealer or a wine-o in the gutter than they can from their own grown-ups...You can put right on the wrong side and call it right for a time but only a time, because it will turn it all around and what won't turn around and can't come down will go mad and loose the will - they been losing will in the money is growing weak with the money - I told them 10 years ago but there was no one who believed in anything but money...King James had a prison as did the Romans and Greeks but here we are stuck in the shadows...The warden in 1980 keeps paying the guard in that hallway and don't have the time to think it through to see he's living and doing a job in doubts and fears of others already gone...Everyone for years has been making it off the back of fear, doubts and crime...the soul is real - the mind is good but the soul is behind the mind - you can undermine or kill the soul of a person or a body of people...If all a cop works for is t.v. images and money - any crook can get a t.v. show and pay the cop to destroy his own country...a fool could see snitches lie and people that don't snitch must be telling the truth...I was raised up to believe your word is all you are and all you got...they won't come down and say you right Charlie if you don't give the last asshole his rights we lost rights for all...if I start a world change it falls back on me to change it and if I try...then we all go with Rev. Jones...Sheila - she says she's my cousin but she's unknown to me - She keeps trying to put her daughter up my ass. She got left with a pinkie and wants to justify it to me...If she don't want white people on earth tell her to go where she wants but to leave me alone. I didn't judge her and don't want the job of judge unless I get a judge's robe...' Chipping to the top margin of a few pages, and a few spots of foxing, else very good. Accompanied by holograph envelope.
