(1934 - 2017) Drifter whose "family" committed the infamous Tate-LaBianca murders in 1969. A.L.S. with holograph envelope also signed in return address, 6pp. 4to., Vacaville, Ca., July 7, 1981 to his biographer Nuel Emmons. In part: "...You could never play basketball that well anyway I could always run your ass off on the basketball & handball also...I'm gonna make tapes and send out to you for book...wright it from your own view & keep me as an ace in the hole for later...next book would be Manson frees Manson...that way I can hide behind you& keep a secret that I'm a dumb hill billy. The old timers taught me a lot that don't go in books...I don't want to offend you with my own personal paranoia - you never done me no [w]rong...I reflect a lot of the fear that's been pushed on me...Even hate is an honest feeling......your worst enemy - not friend - can be a real friend...you & I can see behind the good & evil..." Some coffee stains to last page, else very good. From the estate of Manson's biographer NUEL (MELTON) EMMONS (1927-2002), who had once been jailed with and later befriended Manson. He co-wrote "Manson in His Own Words".

Shipments are sent via USPS Priority, USPS International Priority, FedEx and DHL (for most overseas shipments) or FedEx Ground at the auctioneer's option, signature is always required, unless other arrangements are made. International shipments are invoiced by DIMENSIONAL weight, not the item weight. Please contact us for an estimate before bidding NOTE: Large, heavy or bulky items may not be shipped by the auctioneer - arrangements for shipping of these items via a third-party shipper may be arranged through the auction house. Customers who supply their own courier account number will still be charged a handling fee.
