Description:

(1934-2017) Drifter whose 'family' committed the infamous Tate-LaBianca murders in 1969. Lengthy fine content A.L. signed twice in the text, 6pp. 4to., [n.p., n.d.], to 'Highburg' aimlessly rambling, equating himself with Christ and mentioning Sharon Tate's murder, Hitler, Roman Polansky and 'the so called Jews', 'Satan my love', etc. In part: '...If I were Christ that would make you Satan my enemy, through love enmity is destroyed...the answer to any problem is knowing and understanding the problem...for a chance to rebrand into the forever of all in the universe Satan wouldn't miss out on a chance to live forever in his soul, never did before. The Roman Polansky, the Polish Jew bought the German girl Sharon Tate and her baby was due to come to earth, it's not my fault the so called Jews have been at war with the shadows of Hitler's fear...They use all mixed races to destroy different kinds of people, to love a people is to let them be themselves...I was over 30 years in the prison darkness thought when my eyes last seen you...and I said I felt all races had the right for life, what then say you Manson about the people who say it is only right for one race, I said if all the followers were one color I wouldn't like to live in a world like that...Here is my son my likeness the image of me, if I am not aloud to have my children on earth and my face is to fade from earth, what then would I need on earth...I've locked the heavens and earth in fears and thoughts only you and I now Satan my love....perfect in what you may be I am Manson and believe me when I say I see...' Much more content. Fine condition. From a grouping of Manson's letters in the estate of his biographer NUEL (MELTON) EMMONS (1927-2002), who had once been jailed with and later befriended Manson. He co-wrote 'Manson in His Own Words.'
